OUTREACH & ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Nuna Wilson Lumor

Nuna Wilson Lumor serves as the Outreach and Engagement Manager at the Alexis Miranda Foundation and is currently a Freshman majoring in Health Science at Howard University. With a passion for health equity, inclusive advocacy, and community empowerment, Nuna plays a key role in expanding the foundation’s reach and strengthening its connection with the communities it supports.

Before joining the foundation, Nuna was a dynamic leader in Model United Nations throughout high school, where she served Under Secretary-General as the Head of Public Relations, Media, and Communications. These experiences honed her skills in strategic communication, diplomacy, and organizing impactful initiatives.

Her commitment to service is reflected in her extensive volunteer work with organizations such as Chance for Children Foundation and New Horizon Special Needs School in Ghana. Through these experiences, she cultivated a strong dedication to youth empowerment, special needs advocacy, and social inclusion. As a member of the Rotary Club in high school, she further demonstrated her dedication to community development and international service.

Nuna is particularly passionate about the healthcare system and aspires to drive change within it by promoting access, equity, and compassionate care. She has a deep love and respect for the autism community and is committed to using her voice and platform to raise awareness, build understanding, and create inclusive spaces for all individuals.

As Outreach and Engagement Manager, Nuna channels her leadership and lived experiences into building lasting relationships, designing meaningful outreach strategies, and advancing the foundation’s mission to uplift and inspire.
